This unique belt combines two of TEXROPE®’s advanced product technologies. On one side the belt has a curvilinear tooth profile, and on the other, it has a thicker, wear resistant rubber backing into which is ground a TEXROPE® VSX PK profile. This combination of both timing and friction technology is required to mill grain into fine flour quality. It combines the best of two worlds: optimised efficiency from a synchronous drive and ability to slip when blocked or overloaded from a VSX-belt drive, where regular synchronous belts would break, when this occurs.
